Purchaser
Reporting to the Controller, the Purchaser role coordinates the procurement of materials and services for Class 1 Inc. related to our internally designed and built medical headwall systems. The Purchaser, will coordinate with our Engineering team, to determine the volume and timing of materials needed for each order, negotiate pricing, issue purchase orders, contact our supply partners for quotations and expedite outstanding purchase orders. The Purchaser, Architectural Systems will also work with the Purchaser in inventory management projects and other purchasing duties as required.
The Purchaser works along with the Shipping/Receiving Department to support appropriate inventory levels and on-time-delivery for product and/or parts ordered for stock, project builds, service calls, etc
Preference will be given to those with experience working in a manufacturing and construction environment.
