  Chris Over Vice President, Sales & Installations Chris Over is Vice President of Sales & Installations for Class 1 Inc. He has been in the mechanical contracting business since 1983 and has specialized in the installation of medical gas systems for over 20 years. As the industry has evolved, so has Chris, going from plumber's apprentice to management. Chris has built an expert team of over 30 professional plumbers, the best in the business, who install nothing but medical gas piping systems in hospitals on a daily basis across Canada. There is not much in the way of medical gas piping that he has not seen. Chris is also very involved in medical gas training. He developed the first medical gas installation course geared towards plumbers in 1990 and has been putting on seminars throughout Canada and the U.S. ever since. Chris has been an active member of the CSA Technical Subcommittee on Medical Gases for over 10 years. Chris continues to volunteer his time to work on several CSA Standards including the Medical Gas Pipeline Standard, CSA Z7396.1, where he chairs the Working Group on Installation and Pipelines.
 Janess Hunt Vice President, Business Continuity & Risk Mitigation Janess attended Univeristy of Western Ontario before joining Matrx Medical as Territory Manager. Janess has enjoyed progressive accounting and office management experience since joining Class 1 in 1996.
 Craig Wilkinson Account Manager With a career spanning over 16yrs in the Canadian Medical Gas Industry in Home Healthcare, Respiratory, Technical Service and Sales, Craig has developed significant technical skills and brings a hands on approach to fulfill his role as Account Manager at Class 1. He continues his professional development by keeping involved and participating with societies such as CHES, CSA, MCA and MGPHO.
 Jocelyn Bérubé Account Manager
 Mike Reid Project Manager A graduate of Sheridan College's Ontario Management Development Program, Mike has 20 years progressive experience in the medical gas equipment industry. His most recent work experience includes estimating and customer service in medical gas pipeline construction.
 Chris Hylands Project Manager Chris started in the construction industry in 1985 as a sheet metal apprentice with Adelt Mechanical. After some time pursuing other interests in the 90's, Chris returned to the industry and was issued his Certificate of Qualification as a Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker in 2002. Chris started taking construction estimating courses at Sheridan College in 1998, and began his estimating career with Adelt in 2000. He completed the Mechanical Estimating course through the Mechanical Contractors Association in 2002. He moved on to Black & McDonald Ltd in 2005 as a Project Manager and Estimator. Chris enjoyed three years of progressive estimating and project management experience at Black & McDonald before joining Class 1 in 2008.
 Gary Morrell Controller Gary has a Commerce degree from McGill University and 35 years of experience in senior positions in the accounting field. His work experience encompasses a variety of manufacturing environments including injection molding, aluminum die-casting and central vacuum industries. Gary joined Class 1 as Controller in 2007.

 Jim Wolfe Shipper / Receiver Jim Wolfe has been on the transportation side of business for over 20 years culminating in the ownership of a 25 truck fleet. Having knowledge of the business from the transportation side has made the transition to shipper/receiver easier. Shipping the largest pumps to the smallest gaskets the experience at Class 1 has been educational and rewarding. We always look to the future to the next challenge as it is just another chance to learn and grow.
