QUALIFICATIONS
• Post-Secondary Diploma in related field (Project Management, Marketing, Business Development, for example)
• 3-5 years of experience in similar capacity
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract may be required

FACILITY SERVICES TECHNICIAN, AB
We are currently looking for a dynamic problem solver to play an important role in helping our medical gas customers overcome technical issues onsite at healthcare facilities in Western Canada.
LOCATION OF THE POSITION
The position will remote by nature but centered around the Edmonton, AB region.
MISSION
Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, this role will work with our existing team to manage the service and aftermarket business in the territory. This could include; preventative maintenance, emergency servicing, on-call telephone support, prospecting new business and creating quotations on various Medical Supply Systems and their control panels at Class 1 Inc.’s hospital, medical facilities, and other customer locations. This position places a strong focus on presenting a positive attitude to our customers and service team and must have knowledge and technical skills for troubleshooting (by phone or on sites) the repair of mechanical and electrical equipment. After training, this role must also be able to propose and carry out corrective action needed for repair within safety guidelines and on site protocols for equipment warranty support, maintenance and repair in medical environments.

BUSINESS LINE MANAGER, AFTERMARKET
We are currently looking for a dynamic leader to further develop the Service operations and aftermarket sales of our medical gas customers in healthcare facilities across Canada.
MISSION
The Business Line Manager - Aftermarket (BLM) will develop and grow Class 1 Inc.’s operations, aftermarket sales, and technical service functions across Canada to drive profitable growth in accordance with divisional targets and objectives. The BLM will also ensure that Class 1 Inc. continues to be recognized as the market leader in providing excellent customer service with highly competent personnel and maintain our, "First in Mind and First in Choice," organizational vision.
As the BLM for Aftermarket (QMS), you will report directly to the General Manager and be a key member of the Strategic Management team. Therefore, you will be a driving force for the Company’s overall performance with specific focus on maintaining the image for Class 1 Inc.’s service operations and leading the Facility Services team. You will work in close collaboration with all other functional areas within the organization including Operations/Production; Sales; Installation; R&D; and technical support.
